Definition: Let $C(g) = \lbrace \x: g \text{ is continuous at } \x\rbrace$ denote the continuity set of a function $g: \real^d \to \real$. Then $g$ is said to be continuous almost everywhere if $\Pr\lbrace \x \in C(g) \rbrace = 1$.

Many similar “almost everywhere” definitions exist.
